Coffee Oil is cold pressed from the roasted grounds of Coffea arabica coffee beans, the most common and preferred species of coffee. The oil is then run through a 100 micron filter to remove all but the smallest particles, easing its use in flavor applications. Coffee Oil is used very commonly in coffee and chocolate flavors and as a minor note in caramel, toasted marshmallow, nut, maple, and even bacon profiles.
