Eucalyptus Citriodora Chinese

Corymbia citriodora

Description of Eucalyptus Citriodora Chinese

Originally an exclusive product of Australia, Eucalyptus Citriodora oil has since become a staple product of a variety of African, South American, and Asian countries, though the oil is most commonly produced by Brazil and China. Sometimes referred to as “Lemon-scented Gum Tree” or “Spotted Gum Tree,” the Corymbia citriodora tree grows tall and narrow, with a thin bark that constantly sheds white and pink flakes. Eucalyptus Citriodora oil has played a pivotal role in the perfumery industry for decades, as the leaves of this tree contain an unparalleled source of natural citronellal. This imparts Eucalyptus Citriodora oil with a strong and fresh aroma, alongside a sweet and slightly balsamic drydown. The high citronellal content also acts as a natural pesticide, repelling mosquitos and other harmful or annoying insects.
