A natural byproduct of lemongrass oil production, Lemongrass Terpenes are extracted from the Cymbopogon citratus plant and carry a similar green and aldehydic aroma. The flavor of these terpenes also retain a green and citrusy top note, making them ideal for use within soft drinks.
