This is a significant step forward for our Citrus EE Series of ingredients, which have already proven to be popular enhancers and extenders of conventional citrus essential oils. Lemon EE®
Lemon EE® is an astonishingly juicy and zesty natural citrus product that can greatly enhance the flavor and aroma of lemon profiles. The product retains much of the tangy, piney, slightly green notes expected of conventional lemon oil, but with a heightened tenacity and more consistent aromatic profile that remains tangy and pleasant throughout the entire dry down.
Orange EE®
Orange EE® is a sweet and refreshing natural citrus product that is packed with an intense juiciness reminiscent of freshly scratched orange peels. Its aroma and flavor are nearly identical to conventional orange oil, but with a more pronounced “juicy” quality that remains consistent throughout the evaporation process. This makes Orange EE® excellent for enhancing or extending the potency and tenacity of orange profiles.
Lime EE®
Lime EE® is an incredibly bright and fresh natural citrus product with an uplifting aroma reminiscent of freshly scratched lime peels.
