Prices remain firm since availability is limited.  The rainy season is strong, and flooding has been reported to damage several crops.

The crop was late and 10% below average.  No carry overs from previous year and strong opening market.  Ramadan is early this year so Middle East market has opened very strong.  Yields are below average.  Prices remain strong.

Remaining firm after small crop in November.   

The last crop in October was the second consecutive year with low yields.  Prices remain firm as availability diminishes.   

The crop was average, but yields are low.  No carry overs from last year.  Prices have softened a little but with tariffs, prices are above Guatemala.

Increased demand for fresh ginger in the global market has left little quantities for oil production. Prices are firm and preferred quality is limited.
