The Mexican Persian lime processing season is in full production with good fruit availability. Demand for cold pressed Persian lime oil remains very strong, supported by exceptionally low global carryover inventories. Organic Persian lime continues to be particularly tight due to limited certified fruit, while strong export demand for fresh fruit continues to compete with processors for available raw material.
