Cold-pressed from the fruit peels of Citrus Bergamia trees, Bergamot Oil B.F. has an incredibly fresh and citrusy odor, often compared to lemon and lime. Floral and somewhat herbaceous, this oil is commonly used throughout the flavor and fragrance industry for its versatile citrus profile. This versatility is further enhanced by the removal of furocoumarins, which allows the B.F. variety to be used in a wider variety of products.
