Mandatory BPAP certification continues to delay eugenol exports from Indonesia. Additional government inspections have extended export lead times and reduced spot availability. 

Buyers are reporting increasing difficulty securing prompt shipments, although material continues to move through the supply chain. Longer lead times are likely until the certification process becomes more established.
